  • The app integrated more than 37 thoughtfully designed native and responsive web features, delivering a seamless experience with a 94% task completion rate and a 76% main-task satisfaction rate across iOS and Android

  • Working with a dynamic product team, including a Product Manager, UX Manager, Experience Architect, Accessibility Consultant, Content Strategist, Front and Back-end Developers, QA Specialists, UX Researcher, and Scrum Master, I delivered a range of key deliverables
