Experience Designer

  • Lead the UI design of a cross-platform, native mobile app for the partner credit card business

  • Sole UX/UI designer of a responsive website re-design for the prepaid credit card business

  • Engage with a dynamic product team, comprising a Product Manager, UX Manager, Experience Architect, Accessibility Consultant, Content Strategist, Front and Back-end Web Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists, UX Researcher, and a Scrum Master. Together, we navigate the realms of agility to drive innovative solutions and seamless collaboration.

  • Deliverables include: lo-fi and hi-fi mockups and prototypes, prepared and delivered internal presentations for leadership, developed timelines and roadmaps, and recommendations for additions/updates to the partner credit card design system

  • Developed an unauthenticated, mobile-first, web experience focused on delivering a best-in-class experience to potential electric, natural gas, and renewable energy (residential and business) utility customers
